Role Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization. The role ensures the delivery of accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making while maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Additionally, the position drives process improvements and provides expert financial consultation to optimize business performance and achieve financial objectives.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets
- Conduct complex financial analysis and provide recommendations for business optimization
- Prepare and maintain rolling financial forecasts and long-term financial projections
- Perform detailed variance analysis and reporting on financial performance
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and analysis
- Provide financial consultation and support to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenarios
- Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management
- Monitor and analyze cost trends and implement control measures
- Identify and assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations
- Recommend and implement financial planning system improvements
- Analyze complex financial data and translate into actionable insights
- Support strategic planning processes with financial analysis and projections
- Evaluate investment opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and training on financial planning tools and processes
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to financial planning
- Act as a strategic financial partner to business units
