This is an opportunity to shape a new BORK space from the very beginning — building a high-performing team, setting exceptional service standards, and creating a distinctive client experience worthy of a true luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead boutique performance and achieve commercial targets
- Build, develop, and inspire the boutique team
- Establish and maintain BORK’s exceptional service standards
- Oversee daily retail, operational, and administrative processes
- Ensure the highest standards of boutique presentation and client experience
- Represent BORK at brand events and key client activations
