Senior Executive Director, Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join our organization as Senior Executive Director, Strategy | Qatari . Reporting to the executive leadership team, the incumbent will lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic agenda, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth aspirations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, transformation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's corporate strategy and strategic priorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives and ensure alignment across business functions.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive leadership on business growth, operational excellence, and transformation opportunities.
• Oversee strategic performance management frameworks, including the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market intelligence, economic analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage strategic projects, transformation programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and business development opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership committees.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning, organizational transformation, and performance management programs.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, business performance frameworks, and strategic risk management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
