Kids Club Attendant

The Kids Club Attendant at Raffles & Fairmont Doha is responsible for creating a safe, fun, engaging, and memorable experience for children and their families, while maintaining the luxury service standards of the hotel. The role combines childcare, recreation, guest service, safety, and activity planning.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome children and families warmly and professionally Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being Organize and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, storytelling and recreational activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities, needs and concerns Follow child safeguarding, health, hygiene and emergency procedures Maintain a clean, safe and organized Kids Club environment Ensure toys, games and activity equipment are clean, safe and properly maintained Manage child check-in and check-out procedures accurately Monitor children’s behavior and provide appropriate guidance and support Report accidents, incidents, hazards and maintenance issues promptly Assist with special events, themed activities and family programs Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience Maintain professional grooming and service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations Participate in training and continuously develop childcare and guest service skills

What will you bring to this role?

Previous experience in childcare, Kids Club, recreation, education or hospitality Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Recreation or a related field is an advantage Good command of English, both written and spoken First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage Strong knowledge of child safety, hygiene and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, patient, friendly and approachable personality Creative and energetic with the ability to organize engaging activities for children Ability to work effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays Professional appearance and commitment to luxury hospitality standards Embrace the Raffles & Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected Create an environment where colleagues are empowered, supported and recognized
