AI Forward Deployment Engineer

Role Description The AI Forward Deployment Engineer will work on-site in Qatar in a full-time capacity, partnering directly with customers to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions on top of the UnifyApps platform. In this role, the engineer will translate business requirements into technical architectures, configure connectors, integrate data sources, and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications tailored to client environments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance and reliability in production settings. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to capture feedback, refine best practices, and ensure successful adoption and long-term value.

The role also involves documenting implementations, training customer teams, and contributing to playbooks and reusable components that accelerate future deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering, including experience with APIs, integration patterns, and building production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and automation tools, including working with multiple enterprise systems and connectors.
• Practical knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, and experience deploying or integrating AI-driven workflows or agents.
• Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into robust technical solutions for enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in complex, distributed systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Comfort working on-site with customers, including providing training, support, and advocating for user needs to internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices is highly beneficial.
• Prior work in enterprise software, systems integration, or AI implementation projects is a strong plus.
