Role OverviewWe are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a dedicated Special Needs Centre in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional with a strong background in special needs education and therapeutic services, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while driving operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Special Needs Centre.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams delivering educational and therapeutic services.
- Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Special Needs Education.
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience leading a Special Needs Centre.
- Proven track record of scaling operations, expanding services, and enhancing revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills within a multicultural environment.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Professional references are required.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
