Lead the end-to-end commercial and contract management process from tendering through contract award and execution, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Review and interpret contracts, prepare commercial memoranda, provide contractual advice, and manage client disputes to protect the company's commercial interests.
Serve as the primary focal point for all contractual matters with clients while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, resource mobilization, and operational execution. Drive tendering activities, commercial negotiations, pricing, cost analysis, and contract performance, ensuring HSE, quality, financial, and project governance standards are consistently achieved.
