About the role
The Warranty Administrator oversees the processing of warranty claims, verifies warranty eligibility, maintains accurate records, and ensures timely reimbursement from manufacturers or suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
- Verify warranty coverage and ensure claims comply with manufacturer or company policies.
- Review repair orders, invoices, and supporting documentation for claim accuracy.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues.
- Track the status of submitted claims and follow up on pending approvals or payments.
- Resolve rejected or disputed warranty claims.
- Maintain organized warranty records and documentation.
- Prepare reports on warranty claims, reimbursements, and outstanding issues.
- Monitor warranty claim trends and identify recurring product or service issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturer warranty guidelines.
- Assist with warranty audits and maintain confidentiality of records.
