We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer for our esteemed company in Doha. ( Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.) to support the development of innovative technologies and advanced process design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects focused on sustainability, industrial innovation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes and technologies.
- Prepare process engineering deliverables, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, and process calculations.
- Conduct process simulations using industry-standard software.
- Support conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering activities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- Participate in HAZOP studies, process safety reviews, and risk assessments.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and HSE requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Local hiring only.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in process engineering or process design.
- Experience in technology development, industrial process design, or engineering consulting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
