Unleash AI Innovators, Securely
Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it.
Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.
Job Summary
Millions of developers now build software faster than ever, and that speed creates security risk at a scale most teams are still learning to absorb. As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) on Snyk's 1:Many team, you will help a broad base of smaller customers get real value from the Snyk platform without owning a fixed set of accounts.
Instead of managing named accounts one at a time, you will lead bookable, hands-on deep dive sessions on topics like onboarding, enablement, and product configuration, so that customers can embed security into their development workflows and reach their DevSecOps goals quickly.
About the Team
You will join the Technical Success team inside Snyk's Customer Experience organization, on the 1:Many team that supports our smaller customers through a pooled model. Rather than a dedicated TSM per account, customers book expert-led sessions from a shared team, so every customer gets access to deep technical guidance at a scale that one-to-one coverage cannot reach. We work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Education so that what we learn from customers reaches the people who can act on it.What You’ll Do
- Lead live, one-hour deep dive sessions with customers on topics such as platform onboarding, SCM and CI/CD integrations, policy and project configuration, reporting, and rollout best practices.
- Own the session experience end to end:
qualify each request, gather context ahead of time, run a focused and practical session, and send clear written follow-up with next steps and resources.
- Serve a shared pool of customers rather than a fixed book, moving fluidly between very different environments, tech stacks, and levels of security maturity from one session to the next.
- Help customers configure Snyk for the way their developers actually work, coaching them on embedding SAST, SCA, secrets, container, and IaC scanning into the workflows and pipelines they already use.
- Guide customers on securing AI-generated code and AI-assisted development, an area where most teams are still writing their playbook and want a knowledgeable guide.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable enablement content, including session outlines, tutorials, configuration guides, and short videos, so customers can self-serve between sessions.
- Run scaled programs such as workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars that bring groups of smaller customers together and build a self-sufficient user community.
- Use usage and engagement data to spot customers who are stalled or at risk, then recommend the right session, content, or program to get them moving again.
- Capture recurring questions and friction points from sessions and turn them into clear themes for Product, Support, and Education.
- Track session quality and outcome metrics such as attendance, satisfaction, and downstream adoption, then refine your approach based on what moves customers forward.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, technical support, or professional services.
- Proven ability to teach technical topics live: you can run a focused, hands-on session, read the room, and adapt on the fly for audiences ranging from individual developers to security leads.
- Comfort context switching across many customers and environments in a single week, with strong preparation habits and the discipline to keep sessions on time and on outcome.
- Working knowledge of developer tools (for example GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code) and a solid understanding of how code moves from commit to production.
- Understanding of Application Security concepts including SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets, container, and IaC scanning.
- Foundational DevSecOps experience, including hands-on time configuring CI/CD pipelines or integrating tools into developer workflows.
- Technical curiosity, including a genuine interest in AI, developer workflows, and Application Security, plus working fluency with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Gemini.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn a live session into a crisp follow-up summary.
- Nice to have: experience creating enablement content such as tutorials, workshops, webinars, or training curricula.
- Nice to have: a builder's background, whether that is time spent as a developer or hands-on work with scripting, automation, or agentic AI systems.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with AppSec programs such as threat modeling or vulnerability management, and familiarity with OWASP or NIST frameworks.
- Nice to have: relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
