Sealy Mattress Middle East (Middle East Mattress Factory) is the official licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Operating a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we supply premium bedding products to retail consumers and world-class luxury hospitality groups. We are looking to scale our digital operations by integrating smart technology and automated solutions.

Role Objective

The AI Administrator will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of AI models, automation scripts, and digital customer assistants (such as the Sealy AI Assistant). This role bridges data architecture, IT infrastructure (such as the Odoo ERP environment), and daily business applications across production, sales, and logistics.

Core Responsibilities

• System Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain local AI models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics tools designed for demand forecasting and inventory tracking.
• Customer & Sales Automation: Manage and enhance the conversational algorithms of Sealy's Automated Assistant to improve product matching for customers.
• ERP Integration: Partner with the internal IT team to pipe AI-generated analytics, automated data entries, and reporting dashboards directly into the company's core ERP software.
• Data Governance & Management: Maintain master data integrity, ensuring secure and clean pipelines for machine learning training loops.
• Performance Monitoring: Track system response latency, log errors, build performance reports, and escalate foundational code issues to external technical partners.
• Internal Training: Draft technical documentation and user guides to guide non-technical department heads on leveraging AI productivity tools.

Required Qualifications & Background

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

• Experience:

Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience in system administration, database management, or software workflows with a distinct focus on AI deployment and script automation.

• Technical

Skills

• Practical experience managing NLP models, automated recommendation engines, or chatbots.
• Familiarity with data scrubbing, CSV imports, and connecting APIs to ERP systems.
• Strong documentation skills and fluent technical English.

Demographics & Eligibility Criteria

• Current Residency: Must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Nationality: Open strictly to Egyptian, Indian, or Pakistani nationals.
• Location of Work: On-site at the Jeddah factory/corporate offices.
