About the role

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and stakeholder action tracker.
  • Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design/procurement/permitting teams.
  • Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decision-making with clear options. Key Result Areas

  • Communication records Quality Responsibilities
  • Request the necessary resources for the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system and increase commitment within the unit.
  • Ensure all activities within the unit comply with laws, applicable national/international standards and ethical rules.
  • Carry out project activities in accordance with the Quality Management System and ensure rules are followed effectively.
  • Work in accordance with the Quality Management System and contribute to its development and continuous improvement. HSE Responsibilities
  • Implement Assystem safety programs within the team and consistently adhere to Assystem HSE policies, procedures and applicable legal requirements.
  • Keep work areas organized and free of hazards; promptly report deviations, faults, hazards and HSE incidents to the HSE Representative or line manager.
  • Participate in operational controls to eliminate or mitigate newly identified risks and support incident investigations when required.
  • Ensure own actions do not compromise personal safety or the safety of others; cooperate on health and safety matters and stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Specialty Stakeholder engagement, interface coordination and authority communication planning Education Degree Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or related discipline. Training/certifications Stakeholder/interface management, PMP or equivalent training preferred. Technical knowledge Stakeholder registers, engagement plans, authority coordination, interface matrices, communication records and regulatory requirement tracking. Minimum Years of Experience 15+ years
