Ability to work on-site in KSA and comply with local employment regulations COMPETENCIES
Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions (Arabic & English) Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement Ensure alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design
