Receive goods from suppliers and compare them with the relevant purchase orders and invoices. Verify the quantities and number of items delivered against the supporting documents. Inspect goods for damage, defects, or missing items. Check expiry dates and report expired or soon-to-expire products. Record received quantities and complete the required goods-receiving forms. Move goods safely to the designated storage area or department. Submit invoices and related documents to the responsible Finance team member.

Immediately report any discrepancies, damage, shortages, or documentation issues. Keep the receiving area clean and organized and follow all health and safety procedures. Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, and other departments as required.

Diploma education. Ability to count items accurately and check dates and documents. Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented. Physically able to move goods safely. Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions. Previous experience in goods receiving or porter duties is preferred.
