The Role
Own the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment — the technical backbone behind studios, venues and smart spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and maintain integrated AV, audio DSP, video distribution and control systems
- Administer the AV network layer: managed switches, VLANs, multicast and QoS for media traffic
- Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence
- Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation
- Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT
- Produce monthly performance and availability reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT
- Working knowledge of AV signal flow (audio, video, control) and IP networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with any of: Q-SYS, Dante/AES67, Crestron/Extron control, Netgear AV/Cisco switching
- Understanding of CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. any ITIL-style workflow)
- Strong documentation habits and clear written English
- Industry certifications (CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, CCNA) are an advantage — not a condition
- Team coordination: daily task assignment, shift planning and workload balancing across technicians
- Reporting discipline: KPI/SLA reporting, client-facing communication and escalation management
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
