Business Analyst – Cargo Airline (Technical)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for Cargo Airline systems.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
• Work with business, technical, and integration teams.
• Support API integrations, UAT, and solution delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience in the Cargo Airline domain is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, System Integrations, Interface Mapping, and Technical Documentation.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, and Agile/Scrum.
• Immediate/Early Joiners preferred.
• Note: Only candidates with Cargo Airline experience and API/Technical Integration knowledge will be considered. Generic Business Analyst profiles will not be shortlisted.
