Job Description
- Lead development of the Ilmi commercial model including business case preparation, revenue and monetisation strategy, sponsorship opportunities, visitor lifetime value modelling, operating cost analysis, financial forecasting, benchmarking against global experience centres and educational institutions, vendor commercial review and benefits realisation tracking.
- Support executive decision-making through commercial options analysis and investment recommendations
