About the role
The Cluster People & Culture Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all People & Culture activities across multiple properties within the cluster. The role acts as a strategic business partner to hotel leadership, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor legislation.
The position is responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture while ensuring that People & Culture strategies support the operational and commercial objectives of the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Lead People & Culture activities across the cluster. Manage recruitment, workforce planning, and staffing. Drive employee engagement, retention, and company culture. Oversee performance management and employee relations. Coordinate training, development, and succession planning. Ensure HR policies and Saudi labor law compliance. Monitor HR budgets, KPIs, and reporting. Lead and develop the People & Culture team. Advise management on HR and employee matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field . 5–8 years of progressive HR experience , preferably in hospitality, with experience supporting multiple properties or business units. Previous experience in a People & Culture Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar leadership role . Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices for roles based in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and workforce planning . Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and people initiatives aligned with business objectives. Strong understanding of employee engagement, culture building, and organizational development . Experience managing and developing HR teams and partnering with senior leadership. Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills .
Ability to manage HR operations across multiple hotels/properties or locations . Strong understanding of HR KPIs, manpower planning, payroll coordination, and labor compliance .
