Job Summary
The Accountant will handle the finance operation by managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reporting while ensuring compliance with Saudi accounting standards and ZATCA regulations & report to head office based in dubai (UAE).
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related accounting.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with VAT documentation and ZATCA compliance.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 4 years of accounting experience (Saudi payroll experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Saudi accounting principles and VAT regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
