Job Objective
We are seeking a Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in backend development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and microservices.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
