Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects to ensure safety, compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and utilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver designs meeting safety and code requirements Reduce project costs through value engineering Complete projects on schedule milestones Oversee construction quality and inspection results Prepare accurate reports and documentation
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Relevant experience in civil/structural design or construction supervision Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulations Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Civil engineering design (roads, drainage, structures) Structural and geotechnical basics AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Revit STAAD/ETABS/SAP2000 basics Hydraulics/drainage and surveying basics Project scheduling (MS Project) and quantity estimation Attention to detail Problem-solving and engineering judgment Communication with stakeholders and contractors Leadership and team collaboration
