Landscape Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of innovative landscape projects across the KSA and Gulf region. In this role, you will combine creative design expertise with technical proficiency to develop sustainable, functional, and visually compelling outdoor environments. **

Key Responsibilities

** Develop comprehensive landscape designs and master plans utilizing advanced 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Revit, and BIM platforms) to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders Conduct detailed site analysis and spatial planning assessments to inform design strategies and ensure optimal project outcomes Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials and visual documentation using Adobe Creative Suite and digital mapping technologies Integrate sustainable design practices and environmental stewardship principles throughout all project phases, from concept through implementation Utilize GIS software and digital mapping tools to perform environmental analysis and support data-driven design decisions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery and design intent realization Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design excellence and client satisfaction Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regional landscape design standards specific to the Gulf market **Required

Qualifications

** 3-5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture with demonstrated expertise in design and project delivery Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in KSA or the Gulf region Advanced proficiency with 3D visualization and BIM platforms (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent) Strong command of landscape design principles, spatial planning methodologies, and site analysis techniques Proficiency with GIS software and digital mapping tools for environmental analysis Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation and visualization purposes Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices and environmental stewardship **

Preferred Qualifications

** Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field Professional licensure or certification in landscape architecture Experience with additional design software or visualization tools Portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery in arid or Gulf climate regions
