The Facilities Specialist supports daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.
- Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.
- Update CAFM system with work order status.
- Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.
- Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.
- Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.
- Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.
Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
- 1–2 years’ experience in FM or building operations.
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
