Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance or related field Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining turf and landscaping equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, or related field Certification from the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) Experience with irrigation systems and water management Knowledge of pest control and fertilization techniques Familiarity with golf course design principles and playability factors Proficiency in using computerized maintenance tracking systems The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate a commitment to safety, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
