Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager - Quality to join our team! In this role you will get the opportunity to lead all quality activities under your projects/sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop processes and procedures for the various business activities based on ISO 9001 Standard. Provide quality training to internal and external stakeholders Manages project's NCRs Ensures Parsons and Client quality requirements are met Plan and execute internal and external quality audits Be the point of contact with internal and external entities regarding all quality related issues in the project/sector.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience) 15+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 7+ years of experience in a management capacity. Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE.) or other related certifications/accreditation.
