About the role

Rentokil Boecker is looking for a recruitment coordinator to join the team, to support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, managing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The Recruitment Coordinator ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers while supporting the organization in attracting and selecting qualified talent in line with business needs.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy opening through candidate selection.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in line with company recruitment procedures.
  • Ensure internal candidates are managed in accordance with the internal recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Review CVs and applications against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
  • Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates, HR representatives, and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details, confirmations, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, vacancy status reports, and candidate databases.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Saudi National Candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Good candidate screening and CV assessment skills.
