At Mnzil, our best team members grow with us — and this role is built for someone ready to take the next step. We're looking for an Experienced Business Development Associate who has built a solid foundation in BD and is ready to take on greater ownership of the pipeline.
As an Experienced Business Development Associate, you will manage a broader set of leads and client relationships, while mentoring newer team members on best practices.
🔑 What You'll Own
- Manage a larger portfolio of leads and active opportunities
- Independently run client meetings and follow-up conversations
- Refine proposals and pitch materials based on client feedback
- Support onboarding and guidance for junior BD team members
- Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business development, with a track record of hitting targets
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Arabic, professional English
