Senior Sales & service Engineer

• Job Description:

A Senior Sales & Service Engineer for Water & Wastewater Chemicals drives revenue by promoting and selling specialty chemicals (RO, boiler, cooling, wastewater) to domestic & industrial clients, managing the full sales cycle, and providing technical support. They conduct site visits, audit plants, conduct water analysis, troubleshoot systems, and prepare commercial/technical proposals, often requiring 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry.

Requirements

• Sales Generation & Growth: Identify new business leads, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets for chemical products and service projects.
• Technical Consulting: Conduct site surveys, plant audits, and water analysis to recommend appropriate chemical treatment programs to customers.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present commercial offers, technical proposals, contracts, and quotes.
• Technical Service & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site troubleshooting for chemical dosing systems and troubleshoot water treatment systems.
• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to management on competitive activities, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Internal Coordination: Work with technical, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product delivery.
