Lead end-to-end project engineering for complex programs, ensuring technical delivery, schedule adherence, risk management, and cross-functional alignment from planning through commissioning. Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver projects on-time and within budget Own technical scope and engineering deliverables Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution Ensure quality via reviews, testing, and commissioning
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years engineering project leadership experience Proven delivery of complex projects (design to commissioning) Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes Experience with project management methodologies and tools Project engineering and systems integration Requirements, design review, and technical documentation Risk management and mitigation planning Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance Tools: MS Project, Jira, AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable) Cross-functional leadership and communication Stakeholder management and negotiation Problem-solving and decision-making Ownership and accountability Risk-aware planning and execution
