We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in event planning and management within a fast-paced, creative environment. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with senior event coordinators and managers to assist in the seamless execution of a wide variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion. Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met. Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management. Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items. Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
