To maximize the revenue
- To coordinate successful sales and catering bookings
- To administer all policies and procedures relating to sales and caterings
- Coordinate with FAMA Head Office finance department to develop computerized accounting system.
- To ensure that all the books of accounts and general ledger are efficiently maintained according to the generally accepted accounting principles & standards.
- Prepare annual budget with breakdown in quarters and months.
- Exercise budgetary control.
- Control the day-to-day routine work of the accountants and cashiers.
- To audit the payment vouchers prepared by the accountant.
- Dealing with the banks.
- Dealing with the auditors.
- Prepare financial reports for G.M. and FAMA holdings regularly. For example, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, Budget, Sales Reports, Cash & Bank situation report, and any interim report required from time to time.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement monthly.
