Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team at Titan OS. This is an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team, supporting a wide range of legal and compliance matters across our international business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Support legal research on topics such as media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
• Participate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements).
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business.
• Assist in the coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.

What makes you a great fit

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (preferably with a focus on commercial, media, or technology law).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in the tech, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.
