Role Purpose
Act as a trusted analytics partner, delivering workforce intelligence, forecasting accuracy and reporting governance that enables informed business decisions.
Key Outcomes
- Own workforce reporting, forecasting and business intelligence deliverables.
- Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and workforce insight frameworks.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Provide analytical recommendations on workforce utilization, productivity and capacity trends.
- Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on Power BI expertise (mandatory).
- Strong workforce analytics, reporting and forecasting experience.
- Demonstrated use of AI within reporting, analytics or workforce planning.
- Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros and data automation expertise.
- Hands-on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills.
