Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Route Management : Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions. Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
Vehicle Maintenance : Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.
Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Communication
Skills
Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams. Problem Solving : Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.
