About the role

Overall Projects Interior Design delivery & execution responsibilities. Support the overall architectural design coordination in collaboration with the DTS Project Lead, owner representatives, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a point of contact for architectural design matters from project kick-off through to project completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project requirements. Assist in reviewing architectural consultants' appointments.

Coordinate day-to-day architectural design activities during programming, concept, schematic, and design development stages. Review architectural design submissions and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and project objectives. Assist in coordinating mock-up reviews and approvals where required.

Coordinate with specialist consultants and stakeholders on key project elements, including F&B, wellness, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and guest experience requirements. Monitor project design deliverables, ensuring timely submission and alignment with approved project milestones. Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and design reviews during development and construction phases Prepare presentations for program committee’s approval and monthly / quarterly updates.

Maintain projects opening dashboard. Project filling and Document Control Functional coordination with GBD. Develop a strong understanding of brand architecture and design standards, ensuring familiarity with all brand design documents and updates. Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for Global Program Committee (GPC) reviews at programming and concept stages. Liaise with GBD teams to ensure architectural designs remain aligned with approved brand direction.

Assist in coordinating discussions between owners, consultants, and GBD teams during critical project stages. Help ensure that architectural elements, signage, wayfinding, and other brand-related requirements are incorporated into the final project design.

Bachelor’s degree in ARCHITECTURE. 2-3 years of experience in architecture design. Exposure to hotel, resort, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred. Understanding of project design stages from concept through construction documentation. Experience working with architectural consultants, developers, or international design firms is advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software.

Knowledge of BIM processes and architectural documentation standards is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within an international hospitality environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
