JOB SUMMARY Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maintain long-term business relationships. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
- Follow up on payments and account receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Experience 2 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. Skills & Abilities
