Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and perform detailed analysis.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and complete business process documentation.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Design workflows, approval processes, and business rules to support organizational needs.
- Coordinate with business users during requirement gathering, UAT, and production rollout.
- Document user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions.
- Validate business rules and ensure compliance with FANR procedures.
- Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in UAT, defect management, and release sign-off.
