The Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our secondary-market team in Dubai.
The role focuses on working with buyers and sellers, identifying suitable properties, generating and managing listings, arranging viewings, negotiating transactions, and supporting clients throughout the resale process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or property sales
- Proven experience in the secondary/resale market preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai residential communities and property values
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with buyers, sellers, and property listings
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Dubai-based candidates strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
