Graduate Engineer - Stakeholder Management (UAE National)

We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer - Stakeholder Management (Emirati) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to launch their engineering career while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement and project coordination. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring project success through effective relationship management and organizational excellence.

Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Coordinate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates using clear and professional communication Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and address stakeholder concerns Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder issues and conflicts Assist in contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement activities Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders Maintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder interactions and project milestones Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies Support the onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners

Qualifications

** UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement) Recent engineering graduate or equivalent professional experience in an engineering environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
