Senior Consultant - Advisory

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East. You will join an established client engagement and work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the delivery of strategic and organisational transformation initiatives. From day one, you will be expected to build strong relationships with client stakeholders and quickly develop an understanding of the client's priorities, challenges and operating environment.

You will work with clients to solve organisational challenges, improve performance and support the successful delivery of strategic priorities. The role combines analysis, problem solving and stakeholder engagement, while providing opportunities to contribute to complex transformation programmes from design through implementation. This is not a traditional strategy consulting role focused solely on recommendations.

We are looking for individuals who can translate analysis into practical solutions and support clients in implementing change that delivers measurable outcomes. As a client facing consultant, you will be expected to spend a proportion of your week working alongside client teams at their offices, building trusted relationships, facilitating collaboration and supporting the successful delivery of programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory and Project Delivery Support the delivery of organisational transformation, operating model and performance improvement engagements. Conduct research, analysis, stakeholder interviews and assessments. Develop recommendations, options analyses and client deliverables. Support the design of target operating models, governance frameworks and organisational structures. Contribute to transformation roadmaps and implementation plans. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

Support change management and capability building initiatives. Deliver project workstreams to agreed plans, timelines and quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement Build effective relationships with client stakeholders and project teams. Support meetings, workshops and working sessions. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and confidently. Contribute to the preparation of senior management presentations and reports. Team Contribution Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities. Contribute to proposal development and business development activities. Coach and support junior team members where appropriate. Translate strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.

4 to 7 years of experience within consulting, advisory, transformation, organisational design or change environments. Experience supporting transformation, operating model or organisational improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience engaging with client stakeholders. Ability to structure complex information and communicate clear recommendations. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Comfortable working in client environments and building effective relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
