WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION KITCHEN HEAD CHEF 👨🍳
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef – Production Kitchen to join our team.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Head Chef or similar senior kitchen position
- Strong experience in production kitchen operations
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, recipes, and production processes
- Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and production standards
- Good planning, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
