We are looking for a qualified Contract Manager to join our team in Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate and construction contracts.
- Identify potential legal and commercial risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Lead negotiations and efficiently resolve disputes in alignment with UAE legal frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate law and construction contracts.
- Strong background in legal drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Previous experience with construction and contracting firms in the UAE is preferred.
- Currently residing in Al Ain or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to join immediately is a strong advantage.
