We are looking for an experienced Business Process Specialist to support Business Excellence initiatives through process documentation, standardization, and improvement across Customer Experience functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather process requirements.
- Design To-Be processes and workflows.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and BPM documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support re-engineering initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and process performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with BPM governance and standards.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and process sign-offs.
Required Skills
- Experience in BPM & BPR methodologies
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio/ ARIS / Microsoft Visio (preferred)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- CX Transformation experience across Marketing, Sales, Leasing, Operations, Maintenance, and Mobile Apps
- GCC Real Estate experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / BPM Specialist or similar role
- Experience in real estate, government, or large enterprise environments preferred.
