We are looking for a Payroll Accountant who has hands-on experience in payroll accounting, financial reconciliations, and ERP systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Process employee benefits, leave encashments, and end-of-service settlements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on employee data and compensation accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✔ 3+ years of payroll accounting experience.

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

✔ Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.

✔ Good understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance.
