Rentokil Boecker UAE is looking for a proactive and well-organized Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and service schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams
- Monitor service delivery and ensure operational standards are met
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Support the Operations team in resolving day-to-day challenges
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
- Pest control or facilities-management experience is preferred
