We are looking for a dynamic General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) to lead our sales operations and strategic growth in this competitive market.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within the automotive industry, with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with top-tier OEMs like Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Nissan, MG, BYD, Chery.
- Network & Connections : Established and extensive network of senior-level contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers.
- Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends, particularly within the high-end and luxury automotive segments.
- Leadership : Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Negotiation
Skills
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close large-scale, complex deals.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Location : The candidate must be based in the Dubai, with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices, events, and conferences.
