Job Description

  • Job Title: Senior Technical Medical Device Coordinator
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Birmingham area - Office Based
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
  • Salary: up to £33,000 pa
  • Industry: Business Assurance

We are looking for an experienced Senior to support the UK Medical Devices Team to coordinate & support the process for Technical Documentation Reviews & monitor KPI reports and coordinate resultant actions as needed.

  • To manage the processes related to Technical Documentation (TD) reviews
  • Assisting with management of complaints
  • Enhance customer relationships especially for Key Clients by supporting client calls and attending client meetings as required
  • Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has practical experience of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations and has worked to a high level of technical documentation control

You will also have the following

  • Proven experience of working in an office environment
  • High level of computer literacy in using MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point Teams) & databases
  • Minimum of NVQ 3 in Customer Service and/or Administration
  • Experience of producing professional written communications
