Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support across our Sales, Service, Procurement and Finance functions, within our Systems and Service solutions business unit.
Based from our Hinckley office and with hybrid working plus travel, this is a varied role where you'll play a key part in supporting business operations, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and ensuring the smooth coordination of internal teams, customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer and supplier administration activities, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and contract documentation.
- Monitor tender portals and sales opportunities, coordinating prequalification submissions and proposal documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, project information and reporting within ERP systems, including supporting the transition to IFS.
- Act as a key coordination point between Account Management, Service, Finance, Procurement and Technical teams to ensure efficient business operations.
- Support local business processes including timesheets, expenses, procurement activities and compliance administration.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a business support, sales support, procurement, commercial administration or operations support role.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, with confidence handling and analysing business data.
- Understanding of purchasing, invoicing, contract administration, tender processes or customer service activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation.
