Future Creative, a global, full-service branded content and storytelling studio combining Future’s strategic and creative expertise for advertisers looking to reach passionate audiences at scale with custom solutions that drive awareness, change brand perception and inspire consumer action.

Our Ideation team provides innovative sales packages and pitching options and our client success team translates those ideas and manages content that delivers above expectations. We work across multiple internal brands with an array of external clients giving the role huge breadth. Our client success team works across all brands and platforms. It is a fast paced department that offers daily challenges and we have a fantastic team that loves what they do.

What you'll do

As Senior Client Success Director, you will hold a dual-function role: delivering Partnerships for Luxury and Women's Lifestyle clients while simultaneously managing a dedicated team. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional results for all stakeholders while ensuring team members are equipped and empowered to do the same. Reporting to the Head of Client Success you will implement efficient workflows and manage team capacity to ensure long-term success.

Client Succes & Campaign Delivery

Lead the successful delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns, working closely with Sales, Editorial, Production and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and with an excellent client experience. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and campaign performance, providing recommendations and identifying opportunities to optimise results.

Support pitches and RFPs by helping develop effective advertising solutions, while also identifying and implementing improvements to processes, workflows and ways of working.

Team Leadership & Strategy

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Client Success and Project Management team, including regular 1:1s, development and performance conversations, coaching and skills development. Act as a senior point of escalation, helping teams resolve challenges and manage risks proactively.

Bring strong knowledge of the Luxury and Women’s Lifestyle markets, sharing insights and competitor trends to inform future offerings, while partnering with Sales, Editorial and Production teams to shape campaign strategy, improve delivery and support the wider growth of Future Creative.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience managing complex, high-profile or multi-channel campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident working collaboratively across Sales, Editorial, Production and Commercial teams.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage expectations.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to make recommendations and improve results.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing team members, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of the Luxury and Women’s Lifestyle markets, with an interest in industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Commercially aware, with experience supporting pitches, RFPs and the development of creative advertising solutions.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify risks, improve processes and drive successful outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 10+ years as a senior project manager in a creative industry
  • At least 2-3 years management experience
  • Experience with Luxury & Womens lifestyle
  • Experience of print advertising / digital advertising / online content / video production
  • Knowledge of social media targeting and publishing
  • Ability to manage a complex and high volume workload.
  • Confidence to manage cross departmental issues and ensure the Project Management teams aims and objectives are communicated and maintained.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

The expected range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington Office
