Lyra Health International is looking for an organised and hard-working Content Editor to join our Content team. Delivering helpful, insightful, and clinically sounds content in a range of formats, you’ll be joining a leading provider of global Employee Assistance and Mental Health Programmes that supports millions of people worldwide with their health and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll help to create, proofread, and edit articles and support materials for a broad portfolio of customers all around the world. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure content requirements are met to deadline, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll also need a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a desire to create content that makes a difference.
Within this role, you will:
- Support the Head of Content with day-to-day content operations across Lyra International and its local operations
- Lead on delivery of content projects and campaigns
- Identify new opportunities for content creation
- Write, edit, and proof content for a variety of formats and audiences
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure that all content aligns with the Lyra branding, while also meeting accessibility standards
- Support other departments within the business with content requirements as necessary
- Manage content uploads and updates on the internal CMS
- Update and amend existing client and marketing materials, according to customer requirements
- Coordinate with our translation team to adapt materials for different markets
- Collaborate on ideation and workshop sessions with the Content and Marketing team
- Ensure consistency in content across company platforms
- Work with the Member Marketing team to identify new opportunities for content
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several experience in a senior content position, such as Editor, Senior Copywriter, or Content Manager
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with content management systems
- Experience working with content in multiple languages
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and customer feedback
- A passion for wellbeing and/or mental health
- Knowledge of in Adobe is advantageous
- Experience working asynchronously, or for a large international company, is beneficial but not required
